Greeting from the Academic Advising Center at Penn State Schuylkill!!

Establishing a strong working relationship with our academic adviser is one of the best things you can do to promote success in your university experience/education.  This is especially true during your first year.  Your academic adviser will help you to navigate these waters until you are more comfortable and beyond.  However, the responsibility lies with you to seek you adviser's assistance in times of need.  Times of need include:  scheduling for an upcoming semester, making schedule changes, developing an educational plan to achieve your goals, academic difficulties, major exploration, a guide to campus resources, personal concerns, graduation plans, etc...  The opportunities to work with your advisor are limited only by you.  If your advisor cannot address your concern, he/she will surely be able to guide you to those who can.

Find your Academic Adviser by going to Elion and clicking on Adviser Information on the menu or contact the Advising Center.
