Before a student is assigned to clinical education the following requirements must be met.

Successful completion of: Medical Terminology, Medical Ethics, CPR Certification, Vital Signs, and basic Radiation Protection.

Proof of Professional Liability Insurance coverage.

Submission of completed Physical Examination Form and required medical tests.

Attendance of lectures on: Infection Control and Standard Precautions

Completion of Hospital and Radiology Department Orientation Programs.
