- Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate, diploma, or degree program.
- Maintain satisfactory academic progress.
- Not be in default or owe refund
- Registered with the Selective Service (if male applicant)
FAFSA Available for renewal: January 1
Compete FAFSA for maximum consideration: February 15
Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance(PHEAA) Deadline:
May 1
