Real Estate CEU Courses
Penn State Schuylkill is approved by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission to offer courses for CEU requirements for licensed professional Real Estate Agents.
Short Sale Success - This course will teach you how to counsel sellers facing foreclosure, how to list a short sale property and many other issues involved with a short sale. March 21, 2012, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Approved for 3.5 hours of continuing education credit.
The Devil is in the Details - This class will cover the basic contractual issues of the listing agreement, buyer agency contract, agreement of sale, and many other forms from the PAR form library. March 28, 2012, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Approved for 3.5 hours of continuing education credit.

Bachelor of Science Degree for Registered Nurses
This RN to BS program is delivered entirely at Penn State Schuylkill. If you are already a registered nurse and have completed your associate degree or received a nursing diploma, you are an ideal candidate for this program. NURS 433 Seminar for Nurse Managers (3 credits) - The course focuses on the application of management principals in the role of the nurse manager.
