The Director of Business Services is responsible for overseeing campus maintenance and operations, Advisory Board property and fiscal management, campus master planning, telecommunications, building safety and security, risk management, fleet operations, real estate, and environmental stewardship. The Director of Development is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, management and coordination for all fundraising efforts. The Director of Enrollment Services is responsible for the Admissions and Student Aid office. The Admissions office assists students before, during and after the application process. The Financial Officer is responsible for overseeing the operating budget of the campus which involves the forecasting, planning, auditing and approval of expense documents. The Bursar is responsible for the collection of tuition and assisting students with their accounts. The Manager of Human Resources is responsible for all human resources functions at Penn State Schuylkill: Benefits, Employment and Compensation, Employee Relations, Human Resource Development and Health Matters. The Director of Student Affairs is responsible for the co-curricular and personal development of the whole student. This is managed through the supervision of Student Activities and Involvement, Orientation, Career Services, Community Services, Student Leadership Development, Residence Life, Diversity Initiatives, Athletics, Intramurals, and Recreational Sports, Judicial Affairs, Personal Counseling, Disability Services, and Health & Wellness Services. Student success in and out of the classroom is the Director’s and Staff’s main goal.
