Campus Leadership
Kelly M. Austin, Chancellor
The Chancellor serves as the chief executive officer and spokesperson for the campus and is responsible for assuring the quality of academic programs and campus services including areas such as strategic planning, budgeting, community outreach, philanthropy, marketing, and alumni relations.
Stephen R. Couch, Director of Academic Affairs
The Director of Academic Affairs is responsible for leadership in shaping academic policy and practice, sustaining academic standards and overall representation of the campus' academic interests. Responsibilities include overseeing the Learning Center, the Advising Center, the Office of the Registrar, and providing liaison with the Ciletti Memorial Library.
Cheryl Holland, Director of Business Services
The Director of Business Services is responsible for overseeing campus maintenance and operations, Penn State Schuylkill Advisory Board property and its fiscal management, campus master planning, telecommunications, Information Technology (including the Computer Center), building safety and security, risk management, fleet operations, real estate, and environmental stewardship. The Director of Business Services also serves as the campus liaison to the Penn State Bookstore and University Housing and Food Services. .
Jane Zintak, Director of Development
The Director of Development is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, management and coordination for all fundraising efforts. The Director of Development plays a key role in identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major donors to ensure the campus’ programs and goals are realized.
Tammie L. Durham, Director of Enrollment Services
The Director of Enrollment Services is responsible for the Admissions and Student Aid office. The Admissions office assists students before, during, and after the application process. The Student Aid office helps students finance their education and manages veteran affairs.
Stephanie M. Wood, Financial Officer/Bursar
The Financial Officer is responsible for overseeing the operating budget of the campus which involves the forecasting, planning, auditing, and approval of expense documents. The Bursar is responsible for the collection of tuition and assisting students with their accounts. The Financial Officer works with the Campus Chancellor and reports to the Corporate Controller’s office at University Park.
Jerry Bowman, Manager of Human Resources/Coordinator of Public Information
The Manager of Human Resources is responsible for all human resources functions at Penn State Schuylkill including, benefits, employment and compensation, employee relations, human resource development, and health matters. The Coordinator of Public Information is responsible for all media and community relations.
Mary Sacavage, Director of Continuing Education
The Director of Continuing Education is responsible for credit and non-credit programming for professional development and/or career change for individuals, employees, and employers in business, industry, education and other fields, programming for youth, and outreach to the community
