Participation in student organizations provides students with an opportunity to build connections, network within the community, plan activities, and gain practical experience that complements the academic programs. New clubs can be established based on the interests of current students. If you are interested in creating a new organization, visit the Student Activities office in room 209 of the Health and Wellness building to pick up a “Starting an Organization” packet.

The Afro-Caribbean Union
The Anime Club
The Anime Club enjoys watching Japanese animations through examining films and providing discussions.
The Biology Club promotes recycling and helps to lead the discussion opportunities to improve the environment.
Blue & White Society
The Blue & White Society is the student organization of the Alumni Society. The Blue & White Society supports The Pennsylvania State University and its future, current, and past students and friends of the University.
The Business Society provides opportunities for out-of-class involvement and networking. There are opportunities to gain experience in the business field, as well as make contacts with responsible business leaders.
Community Garden Club
Community Service Club
The Community Service Club works on varied projected to help and serve non-profit organizations and their clients, as well as, the local area, around the campus, and in the county. Past events include: Bartram Trail clean-up, bingo and activities at local nursing facilities and collection drives.
Criminal Justice Club
The Criminal Justice Club provides out-of-class experiences for students that complement their academic programs including trips, lectures, and special speakers.
Faith Alive provides opportunities for study and discussion of the Bible, as well as, worship, prayer, fellowship, encouragement and spiritual development.
Fatal Attraction uses fashion and modeling as a way to express school spirit, while allowing student to be introduced to a new style of runway.
The International Club recognizes and shares the many ethnicities and cultures placed within our campus community.
The Information, Science and Technology Club provides students with exposure to emerging technology. The purpose is to assist students in becoming aware of opportunities within the technology field.
Keystone Honor Society
The Keystone Honor Society recognizes students with exemplary academic records, as well as outstanding service to the community.
Library Student Advisory Board
The Library Advisory Board advises and helps promote the library programs. This group sponsors fundraisers to support and improve initiatives on campus.
Lion Ambassadors assist with student recruitment and are goodwill ambassadors for Penn State. This organization assists with all the Open Houses.
Men of Excellence (MOE)
The Men of Excellence was created to establish a brotherhood among male campus students with core values of scholarship and retention. The objective is to impact the community by utilizing the diverse talents and demonstrating the core principles of its members.
The Nittany Cheerleaders support and enhance the Penn State Schuylkill Varsity Basketball program. The group promotes and encourages Penn State pride, leadership, integrity, honesty, academic growth, and school spirit.
The Nittany Players, Penn State Schuylkill’s drama club, presents musicals, plays, and attends theater workshops and events that promote understanding and involvement in theater arts.
The LGBTQA Alliance of Penn State Schuylkill plans and promotes programs and initiatives that support a safe environment for all students.
The Psychology Club assists students with an interest in psychology. The club develops skills that will complement the academic programs, as well as provide opportunities for networking and application of classroom
The Radiology Club enhances members' education by attending workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Quiet Storm Step Team
The Quiet Storm Step Team encourages and enhances performance, self-respect, self-esteem, and pride.
The Spanish Club enhances the educational development of its members, provides out of class educational experience relating to the Spanish language and culture and provides service to the University community.
Student Programming Board (SPB)
Student Programming Broad members assist with planning, promoting and developing special events and programs through the Office of Student Activities.
THON is the largest student-run philanthropy in the world that strives to raise money towards the fight against pediatric cancer. The effort engages more than 15,000 students across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in hopes of finding a cure.
Urban Elite Dancers
Urban Elite Dancers create and perform modern, ballet, hip hop, and other forms of dance, allowing a chance to share artistic expression to students and the campus.
