Penn State Schuylkill
Off-Campus Housing Information

The Office of Student Affairs serves as a resource for students seeking off-campus housing accommodations.  We work with new students, students currently living off-campus, and those venturing off-campus after living on-campus.  In addition, the Office and the Campus work and connect with the local landlords.  There are countless ways to find accommodations off-campus. Below are a few of the locations were we encourage local landlords to post the availability of their rentals. For more information about off-campus housing, contact Matthew Swatchick, Director of Student Affairs at 570-385-6115 or at mjs48@psu.edu.

It is very important that students living off-campus are aware of their rights and responsibilities. We have provided resources below so that students may familiarize themselves with the Pennsylvania Statutes as well as how the Penn State University Code of Conduct applies to students living off-campus. This is not an exhaustive list. We encourage you to make a wise choice when selecting a rental and be sure to read and understand all aspects of the lease agreement.
