The disciplinary system is a means of implementing adjudication procedures for students alleged to be in violation of the University Code of Conduct, a set of standards which governs the behaviors of all members of the University community.
Students who engage in behavior that violates the terms, conditions, and regulations of their Housing Contract and/or Student Code of Conduct will be required to work with the staff of Residence Life and/or Judicial Affairs to resolve the issue.
The Director of Student Affairs represents the Office of Judicial Affairs at Penn State Schuylkill and works with the Coordinator of Residence Life to oversee the administration of Community Standards within the Nittany Apartments.
